As an ex CEO of a strategic marketing consultancy I have leadership and people management experience and understand the importance of development goals for personal growth.

Why The Name Silcrow Coaching
Silcrow is a typographical character used for referencing documents. In the same way that a document is referenced into sections, I partner with my clients, helping them explore where they want to be, what needs to change and how to make change happen.

Giving Back
Early careers can be a challenging, which I know as a mother of three, hence my volunteering for the Prince's Trust as a Progression Mentor.

I also volunteer for Smart Works, providing career and interview coaching to help women get into work.
